The Open Source Monitoring Conference (OSMC), which was planned to take place in Nuremberg, November 16 – 19, 2020, has been cancelled. “The decision is made with a heavy heart“, says Markus Neder, Head of the NETWAYS Events Team, „but dangers and consequences of Corona are currently too hard to assess.“
Holding the conference online was not an option since an online event would leave out a crucial and very important part of OSMC: meeting other monitoring experts, discussing and socializing in person.
The date for the OSMC 2021 will be announced at osmc.de as soon as possible, and communicated in the newsletter and in the Twitter feed @netwaysevents.
The Open Source Monitoring Conference (OSMC) has been held in Nuremberg since 2006. The event brings together 250+ participants, leading international systems engineers, developers, IT managers, and open source community members.
