EBV Elektronik appoints Thomas Staudinger as President

EBV Elektronik, an Avnet company (NASDAQ: AVT), announced today that it is appointing Thomas Staudinger as President EBV Elektronik as of January 1, 2021. In this role he will continue to report to Slobodan Puljarevic, President Avnet EMEA, Global Design Chain & Supplier Management.

Mr. Staudinger who currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Sales & Demand Creation, joined EBV in 2012 and since then has reshaped EBV’s vertical segments, supplier marketing, marketing communications and since mid-2018, the EBV sales organization. Before that he spent 5 years in various senior executive sales & marketing roles at NXP Semiconductors. Being trained in finance and electrical engineering (grad.), he started his career at Siemens in 1992, quickly advancing, joined Giesecke & Devrient and Infineon, before moving to NXP in 2007.
