Arvato Systems was named one of the best IT service providers 2021 by the business magazine ‚brand eins‘ and Statista, a leading provider of market and consumer data. This is the second time that Arvato Systems has been placed in the list of the best. And that’s not all. In some important segments, the IT experts once again reached the top 25% of recommended companies, which means they are among the best of the best.

Important factors for the ‚brand eins‘ list of the best are both market awareness and the recommendations of the company by the participants. Arvato Systems received awards in eight of ten defined application areas, including for expertise in cloud computing, IT security, IT consulting, communication & collaboration and managed services & outsourcing.

For the list of the best IT service providers in Germany 2021, Statista, in cooperation with the business magazine ‚brand eins‘, conducted an extensive survey among experts and customers of IT service providers (e.g. employees in IT departments of companies and decision makers in IT purchasing). The field time of the current survey covered the period from May 18 to June 26. 5,774 people took part in the survey. Of these, 2,878 were experts and 2,896 customers. Own recommendations were not taken into account. Companies themselves cannot apply for a ranking.

For Arvato Systems, the renewed entry in the list of the best IT service providers is a positive confirmation of its commitment to and with customers in all areas of digitization. The ‚brand eins‘ award is a special supplement to various professional awards by analyst firms such as ISG or teknowlogy/PAC, which are aimed at the performance and technological competence of Arvato Systems – for example as "Leader" in the Cloud Computing sector or "Best in Class" in the context of artificial intelligence.
