This makes EPDs relevant for the overall sustainability assessment of buildings and for building certification systems such as DGNB, BREEAM or LEED. They have become indispensable, especially for publicly tendered construction projects. In addition, they can serve as evidence of quality when granting loans and subsidies.

Acting in an ecologically holistic manner and providing transparent environmental information have always been a priority for ZinCo.
