Only a matter of days after celebrating its much-publicised world premiere at the IAA Mobility in Munich, the Opel Corsa GSE Vision Gran Turismo is heading to Berlin where it will prominently feature at the upcoming second round of the Gran Turismo World Series on September 20. With gaming legend and Gran Turismo series producer Kazunori Yamauchi and Opel CEO Florian Huettl in attendance, the latest concept car from Rüsselsheim will be presented to the gaming community.
Being the centre of attention is nothing new to the Opel Corsa GSE Vision Gran Turismo. The latest concept car with the Blitz recently dazzled automotive enthusiasts from around the globe at the IAA Mobility 2025 in Munich with its thrilling as well as powerful and muscular appearance and clever aero solutions. At the second round of the Gran Turismo World Series held at the Uber Eats Music Hall in Berlin, the Opel Corsa GSE Vision Gran Turismo will prominently feature when the premier Gran Turismo players in the world battle it out while simultaneously eagerly awaiting its in-game debut.
Phygital experience: High-performance eyecatcher on stage and in Gran Turismo 7
With two 350 kW (476 hp) electric motors, one on each axle, the Opel Corsa GSE Vision Gran Turismo boasts a combined output of 588 kW (800 hp) for thrilling driving dynamics. In addition, the permanent all-wheel drive enhances grip, handling, and overall vehicle stability. In combination with the single-speed transmission, it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.0 seconds and can reach a top speed of 320 km/h.
This exhilarating performance is matched by the stunning design. The first phygital concept car from Rüsselsheim has a similar footprint to a Corsa but it is lower and considerably wider. Meanwhile, the overall design shows a new, more technical execution of Opel’s bold and pure design philosophy. The body sculpture displays sharp and precise feature lines combined with technical and machined details.
To ensure that the Opel Corsa GSE Vision Gran Turismo remains firmly planted on the road, it features numerous clever and optimised aero solutions. Aero curtains in front of the confident front and rear fenders along with black aero blade fender flares ensure smoother airflow thus enhancing the vehicle’s handling at high speeds. In addition, the aero wheels increase efficiency by reducing air turbulence in the wheelhouses while the active aero diffusor and active aero spoiler help increase or decrease downforce depending on the driving situation.
Spectacular Gran Turismo World Series: Four rounds on three continents

The series started in London, England, in June. The second round will now take place in Berlin, Germany, followed by Los Angeles, USA, in November. The grand showdown will then take place at the World Finals in Fukuoka, Japan, where the 2025 champions will be crowned.
