Kaeser’s EBS-series rotary screw blowers set a new standard in efficiency and space-saving design. The SFC version is equipped with an integrated frequency converter and a synchronous reluctance motor. The STC version for fixed-speed operation is now also more efficient than ever before. Innovative EBS rotary screw blowers not only impress with their energy-saving drive concept, but also with their well thought-out and compact design, which allows all maintenance work to be performed from the front. Side-by-side installation is possible even with all electrical equipment.

Kaeser’s Compact-series turnkey rotary lobe blowers, equipped with Omega Profile rotors, ensure reliable and energy-efficient performance. Ready-equipped with the Sigma Control blower controller, all necessary sensors and a star-delta starter (or frequency converter), these versatile units are CE- and EMC-certified. As a result, they significantly reduce the work and costs required for planning, installation, certification, documentation and commissioning. Needless to say, these highly efficient rotary lobe blowers are also available as base- mounted units without a control cabinet. They can additionally be fitted with an optional external air cooler.

New CSG-series oil-free compression rotary screw compressors from Kaeser will raise the energy efficiency of your production processes to the next level. Synchronous reluctance motors with the IE5 efficiency class and a further-refined airend featuring Kaeser’s Sigma Profile make these systems particularly energy-efficient.

The water-cooled version with i.HOC dryer and integrated heat recovery uses the resulting compressor heat twice, making it particularly economical and sustainable.
