As part of this strategic realignment, equipment manufacturing activities at the Aschaffenburg site will be discontinued and transferred to the ELB-KEHREN site in Troisdorf. The Research & Development, Sales & Service, as well as administrative departments will continue to be based in Aschaffenburg, ensuring continuity and the preservation of core expertise at the location.

This decision was taken in response to evolving global market requirements and the need to further strengthen ELB-KEHREN as a long-term partner for customers. By consolidating manufacturing activities and combining resources in Germany, a stronger, integrated site will be created. Increased flexibility, operational focus and improved cost efficiency will further improve the company’s positioning in the worldwide environment. This strategic step enables ELB-KEHREN to continue delivering the high quality, reliability, and consistent performance customers and partners rely on.

Unfortunately, this strategic adjustment could not be achieved without a necessary restructuring process that included the difficult decision to reduce the workforce at the Aschaffenburg site.
