Tailored solutions for complex requirements

One of the major challenges was adapting the existing LITHOMAN configuration to the spatial conditions of the Barleben facility. To make optimal use of the available space, the folder and reelstand were rotated 180 degrees.

As part of the relocation, the LITHOMAN press was fully integrated into the site’s existing production planning system. Daily production operations with the relocated press have since been running seamlessly, delivering the expected performance gains.
